About The Role We are seeking a MES Product Analyst to be responsible for solution delivery of manufacturing applications and project coordination. This role will join us on a hybrid schedule at our Whitsett, NC location 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the system deployment, daily operations, and maintenance of Lenovo Smart manufacturing software products.
  • Responsible for the sorting of requirements, reasonable analysis of business needs and coordination of developers to carry out design and development tasks.
  • Responsible for the production change and fault analysis and handling of the system. Responsible for business solution concepts, user stories, test case input, business case (ROI value), also includes functional testing, on-line support, and system function business training, instruction manual or other documents as well.
  • Deliver solutions which specify processes, technology, staffing, and project management required for implementation.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Experience with the daily operations and maintenance of a MES system
  • Proficiency with SQL is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Engineering or relevant field required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience supporting MES, PLM or SCM product design and delivery from end-to-end
  • 1 year of experience with Linux and PostgreSQL
  • Project Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems operations or use cases
  • Familiarity with factory automation and manufacturing industrial software desired
  • Familiarity with real-time databases is desired
  • Experience delivering
  • Hands‑on approach to problem solving with excellent problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
  • Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is preferred
  • Experience with AI or customizations with SAP a plus

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $75‑82k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This role will join us on a hybrid schedule at our Whitsett, NC location 3 days per week.
