Visa Typist (Tourist Visa)
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Expert in English and Arabic typing for the visa application on the system.
- Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
- Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas (Tourist visa’s), miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
- Ensure all the information feed on the system are accurate based on the documents has been provided such: name, birth date, country of birth, passport number and nationality.
- Knowledge on the latest visa rules and regulation in the UAE. (Cancellation, corrections and filling an absconding case - requirements)
- Generating e-travel vouchers. Consolidating and reporting files to finance team against all the visa has been issued.
- Keep a track the visa validity of each guest to update the client prior to due date of their stay.
- Keep track for Noqodi balance.
- Liaise with airport immigration if any unclear documents.
- Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
Skills & Experience
- Well experienced with travel agency PRO for typing the visa in English.
- Knowledge on the latest visa rules and regulation in the UAE – tourist visa.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Educational background: at least completion of Secondary Education
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic
