Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry professional to join our team as a Network Protection Examiner Understudy in our Incident Response Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying, mitigating, and recovering from digital threats. You'll work closely with our experts to analyze incidents, develop response plans, and implement security measures to protect our network and systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop quality technical solutions

• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and compliance with departmental standards
• Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and IT groups
• Participate in system and acceptance testing
• Scope of work varies depending on the team project

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management standards, theories, and practices
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred
• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement preferred
• Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile philosophies preferred
• Coursework or experience related to Network Security preferred
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
• Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred
• Experience tackling business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred
• Functions well in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic
• Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cybersecurity or risk management role

• Knowledge of threat intelligence, incident response, and security operations
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
• Knowledge of compliance regulations, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
