Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for people development? Join our Driver Training team as our Training & Development Coordinator — the vital link between instructors, trainees, and the wider business.

As the first point of contact for the Driver Training department, you\'ll provide efficient, accurate administration, supervise our Training Administrator, and ensure our driver training function runs smoothly. • Supervise administration: coach and oversee our Training Administrator to ensure training bookings, data entry, and record-keeping are accurate and on time.
  • Provide key data & reports: act as a “super-user” for HR systems, produce regular and ad-hoc reports for management, and support budget planning.
  • Manage purchasing & payroll: send trainee payroll details, raise purchase orders, and monitor budget spend.
  • Ensure compliance & standards: maintain DVSA testing centre accreditation and support Health & Safety procedures.

What We\'re Looking For

  • A Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business Administration, Training, Psychology, Finance, or Organisational Development.
  • 3+ years\' experience in learning & development, HR, training or recruitment coordination, or office administration.

  • Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with purchasing/invoicing systems.
  • A friendly, proactive approach with great attention to detail and organisational skills.
