Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide top-notch support and maintenance services to our equipment and facilities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing assigned preventive support tasks and minor mechanical repairs to our material-handling and other equipment. You'll also work closely with our Expert Maintenance Specialist to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on our advanced automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Performs assigned preventive support tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling and other equipment

  • Utilizes the Modernized Support Management Framework (MSMF) to maintain equipment and gear according to manufacturer's recommendations and best maintenance practices
  • Works with Expert Maintenance Specialist to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on advanced automated equipment
  • Maintains a safe work environment by reporting and addressing potential safety issues related to material-handling equipment or distribution center office
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

Essential Capabilities

* Associate's degree in Modern or Maintenance Technology and at least 2 years of maintenance experience in an office, US Military, distribution, or manufacturing environment

  • Or 4 years of maintenance experience in an office, US Military, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of modern power systems, including single-phase and three-phase power, engines, safety devices, and photo sensors
  • At least 6 months of experience with Programmable Logic Regulator (PLC) logic standards
  • At least 6 months of experience transferring and downloading Programmable Logic Regulators (PLCs), System Control Programming (SCSs), and scanners
  • At least 6 months of experience with devices such as photo sensors, Programmable Logic Regulators (PLCs), remote Info/Result modules (I/O systems), servo drives, and variable frequency drives
  • Willing and able to move to the 100-foot level to make repairs without reasonable accommodation
  • Willing and able to lift parts and equipment weighing up to 80 pounds without reasonable accommodation
  • Willing and able to perform tasks that include stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with advanced automated equipment and systems

  • Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software
  • Experience with robotic systems and automation
  • Certification in maintenance technology or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
