Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our claims coordination team by providing administrative and staff support services. This is a remote position, and we'll provide you with the necessary equipment to ensure your success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support decision-making
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the claims coordination team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a claims or insurance-related field

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
