Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our claims coordination team by providing administrative and staff support services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

• Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
• Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization
