Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex

This is a middle-level position that requires driving the end-to-end life cycle of data management across various stages, volumes, types, and speeds of data. You'll be responsible for understanding complex business issues and translating business results into data needs. This role also involves gathering data and performing thorough data analysis. Key Responsibilities:

* Drives complex self-service data integration projects that combine data from disparate sources to make it accessible to business users like data scientists, analysts, and insights-driven stakeholders.

• Drives collaborative teams to apply advanced data integration methodologies and tools to large datasets to create solutions that can be used in various, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Drives communication with business leaders across multiple and concurrent projects
• Drives definition and communication of solutions and decisions.
• Serves as an informed authority for data resources and monitors the ongoing effectiveness of data resources being used by business users in self-service conditions
• Upholds the ongoing advancement of the arenaflex data science center and community.
• May perform other work assignments as directed by Manager's Chiefs.

Information, Skills, and Competencies:

* Intermediate knowledge of both inductive and deductive thinking and critical thinking approaches.

• Transitional knowledge in assessing and applying suitable data analysis and measurement methods for a business issue.
• Transitional knowledge of acquiring and consuming data in both relational and non-relational databases.
• Intermediate knowledge in coordinating, storing, and handling large amounts of data necessary for analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in at least one data programming language and open-source tools.
• Proficient in at least one data integration and business intelligence tool.
• Proficient in technology platforms and models relevant to developing and maintaining self-service data resources.
• Talented in decision-making and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with major stakeholders and composed relational skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt well to different circumstances and change approaches/philosophy if necessary to actually and effectively meet goals.
