Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, such as processing payments, updating lot notes, and filing documents.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs

  • Receive and process payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Update lot notes in the system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Engage in face-to-face customer interaction, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • File documents according to criteria, maintaining accurate and organized records
  • Process mail incoming and outgoing per criteria, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Read and interpret various reports and documents, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer service
  • Proper completion of sale documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the company

Essential Qualifications

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient with office equipment, including computers, phones, and software applications
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process payments, update lot notes, and file documents
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications
  • Typing speed of 45WPM, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
  • Professional appearance, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Bilingual skills a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as customer service representative or customer experience specialist
  • Experience working with CRM software, with a proven ability to accurately and efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
