Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing personalized support that exceeds their expectations
- Thinking critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and creative thinking
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license
