Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Work-At-Home team, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other travel-related information, staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies.
• Resolving passenger concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, collaborating with other departments within arenaflex to coordinate solutions for passenger issues.
• Utilizing arenaflex's customer service software and computer systems to access relevant information and provide accurate assistance.
• Adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards and protocols at all times, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
