What You'll Be Doing:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary goal will be to deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. This will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complex issues with empathy and patience
  • Using your problem-solving skills to determine the right solutions for each customer
  • Driving sales of our products and services to keep customers happy and connected
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and processes to improve your skills and performance

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking motivated and empathetic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer service or sales experience
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • Meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of Florida

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

  • Demonstrated self-discipline and time management skills
  • Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A
  • Interest in learning new technologies
  • Experience promoting and/or selling products and services
  • Demonstrated communication skills

Where You'll Be Working:

This is a work-from-home role that requires a private workspace free of distractions. arenaflex will provide:

  • A monthly monetary stipend for internet service
  • Computer equipment
  • Desk and chair options after successful completion of training

You'll need to provide internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum. Wireless connections, satellite, or DSL are not acceptable.
