Role Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing and coordinating service appointments for our various services. This is a full-time remote role that requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a dedication to meeting their needs.
  • Dispatching: Coordinating with our team of service technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer requests. You will be responsible for efficiently routing technicians to job sites and optimizing their schedules to maximize productivity.
  • Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication between customers and service technicians, ensuring that all parties are informed of appointment details, service updates, and any other relevant information.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the service process, demonstrating resourcefulness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Service Titan Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM systems.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: The ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively.
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: A keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Computer Systems and Software Applications: Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and dispatching software (training will be provided).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
