[Remote] Managed Services - Salesforce Associate Consultant, Nonprofit

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Passion Fruit Partners is a boutique Canadian Salesforce consulting firm that specializes in working with nonprofits. They are hiring a Salesforce Associate Consultant to support Salesforce managed services projects with nonprofit organizations, delivering continuous support and optimization of their core Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage multiple Salesforce orgs, keeping track of deadlines, deliverables, and priorities
• Perform declarative configuration updates in Salesforce (e.g., object and field updates, Flows, security and permissions, 3rd party application integrations, data migration)
• Contribute to the ongoing health and maintenance of client orgs by assisting with data quality initiatives, system checks, and user training
• Manage client expectations, set deadlines, and monitor project hours
• Document client systems, processes, and configurations to ensure knowledge continuity
• Participate in regular client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
• Engage in internal team knowledge sharing and professional development activities
• Gather feedback from clients and team in order to implement best practices and lessons learned from project retrospectives to improve Passion Fruit’s delivery approach
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure effective knowledge sharing and team participation in Passion Fruit’s growth
• Continuing to ramp up on Salesforce knowledge/consulting skills through training, mentorship, and collaboration with team members
• Complete your Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within your first 90 days of employment

Skills

• Salesforce.com Admin Certification
• 1+ year of Salesforce consulting experience
• Past experience working with nonprofit organizations
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and client-management skills
• Excellent communication and business writing skills
• Self-directed, takes individual responsibility, self-motivated independent thinker
• Adapts quickly to learning new technologies and working with new tools
• Salesforce.com Nonprofit Consultant or other Consultant level certifications
