Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Simultaneously answer customer inquiries and type information into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain web camera visibility during working hours, as required
• Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions
• Follow established procedures to meet customer needs, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and integrity
• Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and problem-solving

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred, with a focus on healthcare or a related field
• Call center experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of personal computers required, with the ability to navigate our computer system with ease
