Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role
