Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote or work-from-home basis. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, plus full benefits upon permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all incoming issues and resolving them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills
  • Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and providing updates to customers as needed
  • Anticipating and mitigating any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
  • Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
  • Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
  • Previous customer service experience, with a strong ability to work in front of a computer for the majority of your shift
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to train in Salesforce
  • Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, with the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects
  • A High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
