Million Dollar Baby Co. is a company focused on product innovation in the baby products sector. The Product Development Coordinator will manage new product development and improvements, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Project managing all new product development alongside our designers
  • Manage and execute product development plans, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate Airtable, Excel, and Google sheets regarding product status, photos, and issues
  • Coordinate sampling, organize priorities, and oversee testing, content creation, and photography
  • Facilitate communication between US and Asian sourcing teams
  • Prepare and lead weekly Brand + Sales check-in meetings
  • Conduct product training for internal teams
  • Manage current product improvements
  • Maintain an organized database of costs and product enhancements
  • Update product information, instruction manuals, and photography in Salsify and other systems
  • Monitor and ensure implementation of product changes
  • Implement and streamline processes to increase efficiency
  • Migrate content management to Salsify
  • Manage special projects to support team objectives

Skills

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to assess impact vs. effort and prioritize accordingly
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salsify)
  • Proficiency in Chinese
