[Remote] Insurance Sales Producer

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will sell a variety of Personal Lines Insurance Products using warm leads provided by the company, while also focusing on customer needs and self-development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with new business leads provided from the company website
- Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
- Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses
Skills
- General Level 1 License required
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them
- A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
- The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
