CA Licensed L&E Litigators (Remote)

Latitude is seeking California licensed litigation attorneys with experience handling labor and employment matters. These opportunities are both engagement and permanent roles with several law firm clients. Applicants should have strong pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and experience drafting legal pleadings. Experience with wage and hour matters strongly preferred. This is a fully remote position.

• Experience conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and preparing legal pleadings
• Strong litigation experience within the labor and employment practice
• Experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated firm is preferred
• Good academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
• Outstanding references

Position Details Of The California Licensed L&E Litigation Attorneys

• Type of role: Engagement and permanent
• Schedule: Flexible (30-40 hours per week)
• Location: Remote (anywhere in the United States)

Compensation

Pay: The annualized pay for contract position range from $140,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis; and base salary for permanent positions ranges from $140,000 to $200,000. Pay determinations are based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials. Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
