Job Summary

As a Data Researcher II, you'll be responsible for designing and executing data-driven research projects that inform business decisions and drive strategic growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Sales, to develop and implement data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. Your expertise in data science, analytics, and research will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with request planning, operations, and supply chain teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

• Evaluate, interpret, and analyze complex data sets to develop accurate, precise, and reliable forecasts for use in labor requirements and scope quantification.
• Develop and apply statistical models and AI tools to deductively evaluate full-scale changes from marketing, advertising, and pricing, to address key business challenges related to special preparation, customer segmentation, and organizational planning.
• Foster data-driven, insightful research to answer questions, with an emphasis on root-causing, addressing business challenges, identifying potential opportunities, and providing/ executing significant recommendations.
• Enable arenaflex leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions by providing business insights and logical support, especially in areas where data is challenging to access/unreliable and where an elevated level of scientific expertise is required.
• Drive continuous improvement in the estimating cycle and process. Work with Operations, IT, Sales, and Finance to leverage the capabilities of the ERP system and other planning tools. Direct the use of estimating strategies and software tools to deliver and monitor forecast accuracy. Continuously seek, report, assess, and make proposals to leadership to improve forecasting, planning, and planning processes within arenaflex.
• Analyze inventory network data and information to shape key supply chain decisions using advanced BI tools and reporting.
• Develop BI solutions to report business health and performance for leadership review.

What You'll Need

* A postgraduate education (M.S. or equivalent experience) in Modern Designing, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in supply chain and forecasting or request planning.
• Ability to comprehend and apply advanced math.
• SQL authority.
• Python experience and authority.
• Experience working with Predictive Models (Time Series Models, Linear Regression, Facebook Prophet, high-level ML models).
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and analysis into straightforward business recommendations.
• Ability to assemble data into comprehensive reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to use BI tools (Tableau or comparable).
• Ability to use collaborative software tools (Git, Jira, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Position may require travel.
