Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and handling wires
  • Previous customer service experience in the banking or credit association industry
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
