Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers, including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, and provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues

• Utilize multiple software programs simultaneously to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues
• Work effectively in a remote environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and clients
• Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Must-Have Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or medical-related field

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Schedule

* Part-time, overnight shifts: Saturday 9p-530a, Sunday 9p-530a, and Monday 630p-3a

• 24-hour work week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as needed
• Must be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $19.20/hour on Saturday, $18.40/hour on Sunday, and $16.00/hour on Monday
