The California Department of Insurance is seeking a dynamic Staff Services Analyst to join their Business Management Bureau Team. This role involves performing technical and analytical work in Records Management, Forms Management, and Business Services, while providing excellent customer service and support in various administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical and analytical work in a variety of functions which includes Records Management, Forms Management, and Business Services within the FBMD-BMB
  • Express a high degree of initiative and provide excellent customer service in the development and implementation of various technical, analytical and staff administrative support activities including, but not limited to, Emergency Preparedness, Records Management, Forms Management, and FBMD-BMB Web Administration
