Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about our plumbing services, products, and pricing
  • Assisting customers with scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and addressing emergency situations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by actively listening, empathizing, and taking ownership of their concerns
  • Documenting customer interactions and keeping detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, address recurring customer issues, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Local to the Sparta, NJ area
  • Must work in office full time for first two weeks before being approved for remote work
