Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Logistics Analyst to join our Transportation team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for helping us optimize our transportation fleet, integrate data from multiple sources, and build reports to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
As an Industrial Engineering, Transportation Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Support the arenaflex Transportation Fleet: Collaborate with our transportation team to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Consult and communicate with managers: Work closely with our management team to outline and prioritize business needs, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Integrate data from multiple sources: Use your analytical skills to integrate data from various database platforms, and build reports to inform business decisions.
- Build, create, and maintain Excel spreadsheets: Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track data, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and resolve transportation-related issues: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve transportation-related issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst: We're looking for someone with a strong background in data analysis, preferably in a logistics or transportation-related field.
- Microsoft Excel skills: You'll need to have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, chart creation, and pivot table development.
- Microsoft Access proficiency: While not required, proficiency in Microsoft Access is a plus, as you'll be working with multiple database platforms.
- Typing and 10-key skills: You'll need to have strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Background check and drug test: As a condition of employment, you'll need to pass a background check and drug test.
