Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
  • Dispatching proper authorities as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Working effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment
  • Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Availability to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences. Our shifts include:

  • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Holidays
  • Night shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekends as needed

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in our comprehensive paid training program, which will take place on site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
