Experienced Senior Data Architect – Voice of the Customer Methodology Transformation and Innovation

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. As a Senior Data Architect, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for a talented individual who can help us transform and innovate our VOC methodology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data analytics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC methodology

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong understanding of data analytics, data modeling, and data visualization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
• Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts
• Certification in data science, data engineering, or related fields
