Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risks. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to maximize the value of our professional services spend
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risks
• Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships
• Analyzing bids and proposals to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements
• Developing and executing negotiation strategies to achieve optimal contract terms
• Managing post-award administration, including contract execution and performance monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicating and documenting key stakeholder relationships and decisions
• Analyzing market trends and conditions to inform sourcing strategies and negotiations
• Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate complex contracts and agreements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, including RFP development and contract negotiation
• Basic knowledge of legal terms and conditions, including boilerplate revisions and contract interpretation
• Experience working with the legal department on contract negotiations and revisions
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a high level of collaboration and communication
• Internal client awareness, with the ability to understand and meet the needs of internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in various environments, including remote and on-site settings
• Ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional services sourcing experience, including experience with consulting and advisory services
• Consulting or advisory experience, including experience with contract negotiation and management
• Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends and conditions

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
