What to Expect: Job Responsibilities

As a remote customer service and sales representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing your customer service and sales experience to deliver exceptional results daily
  • Persuading and upselling customers while reducing frustration and displeasure
  • Handling back-to-back calls with care, empathy, and professionalism
  • Employing exceptional de-escalation skills on escalated calls

Key Responsibilities:

What We Require: Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of call center customer service/sales experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or college experience
  • Attendance adherence is critical for training success
  • Private, undisturbed workspace free from distractions
  • High-speed internet with minimum speeds of 25mbps download and 15mbps upload
