Job Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our healthcare clients and their patients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering calls, listening to concerns, and addressing these concerns in a polite and methodical manner
  • Resolving questions or issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types
  • Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients and their patients

Responsibilities

  • Utilize our scripts and training to ensure consistency and quality in your interactions with clients and customers
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

* 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience (Preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active listening skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using a computer and navigating software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare-related field

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
