What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As a Customer Care Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Conducting customer journey mapping to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement - Analyzing customer feedback from various channels, including social media, surveys, and reviews - Developing customer personas based on demographic data to better understand our customers' needs and preferences - Providing actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth - Monitoring key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

What is Required (Qualifications):

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university, plus three years full-time experience in research and/or planning - Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, including the ability to collect, analyze, and present data insights - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Good understanding of graphic design and web technologies, including design principles and user experience (UX) best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

If you have the following skills and experience, you'll be even more competitive for this role: - A master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field - Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js - Knowledge of design programs and tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, to create engaging visualizations and reports - Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite - Familiarity with data visualization tools and design principles to create engaging and informative reports
