• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Working independently, following instructions closely, and managing your tasks efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Reliable access to a device with internet capabilities (laptop, phone, or tablet)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• The ability to work independently, follow instructions closely, and manage your tasks efficiently

Hours and Scheduling
