Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
  • Resolving complex problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to senior team members or management
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to relevant teams or stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our call center database, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to resolve complex issues and provide expert-level support to customers
  • Assisting in the training of new hires and participating in quality assurance activities to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing reporting requirements as directed by supervisors or managers
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, or other communication channels

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or related role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, databases, and other technical tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and best practices

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
  • Experience with CRM software, databases, and other technical tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs and support business operations
