Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while upholding our high standards of customer support
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, which will be discussed and agreed upon during your onboarding process
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and goals
