Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Process improvement: Provide feedback to management regarding current customer service processes and procedures, helping us to continuously improve and refine our services.
  • Customer communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, providing updates on order status, product availability, and managing customer expectations.

  • Assisting with overflow calls: Support other teams when needed, providing assistance with overflow calls and ensuring seamless customer service.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience: In a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Solid computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet savvy, with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Reliable internet connection: A stable and secure internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 kb/s.

  • Flexible schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
