The Sales Representative will engage with business owners, implement sales strategies, and cultivate client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business owners to identify their needs and provide solutions
- Adhere to provided sales scripts and coaching to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for merchants, prioritizing their best interests
- Actively network within the community to establish and expand professional connections
- Proactively source and develop client referrals to generate new business opportunities
Skills
- Strong time management, communication, and integrity are required; additional training will be provided
- Capacity to network and self-generate leads is essential
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Self-motivated individuals with a positive and enthusiastic attitude are highly desired
- Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
