In this role, you will help businesses discover smarter employee benefits solutions by sourcing leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for sales advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Source small- to mid-sized businesses ready for a better benefits solution
  • Reach out via phone and email to spark interest
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales advisors
  • Keep things organized in our CRM and stay on top of follow-ups
  • Collaborate with teammates and share best practices to hit goals

Skills

  • Sales, business development, or cold-calling experience
  • Excellent communication and confidence on the phone
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Tech-savvy with a love for learning and growing
