[Remote] Remote Sales Associate

The Remote Sales Associate will engage prospective customers, coordinate virtual consultations, and assist with the presentation and enrollment of benefit and protection programs.
Responsibilities
- Contact assigned leads to schedule and coordinate virtual client meetings
- Assist in virtual presentations and client enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Follow established workflows, compliance standards, and sales processes
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve individual and team targets
- Provide ongoing client support to ensure retention and satisfaction
Skills
- Must currently reside in Canada or the United States
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided)
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with a working camera
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital tools
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Coachable mindset with the ability to follow proven systems
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (preferred, not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a long-term career mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
