Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be the voice of our customers, providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive service to customers. You will also work closely with our Sales Team to support their efforts and provide world-class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide proactive service to customers by educating them about our products and services
- Work closely with our Sales Team to support their efforts and provide world-class service to customers
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all conversations in our database
- Build relationships with external and internal customers to assist with all inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including Google Business Suite
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
