Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that exceed expectations. This is a part-time remote opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, with a competitive hourly rate of $27.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating a supportive and friendly environment
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
  • Familiarity with fountain equipment and beverage industry standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
