What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed to ensure timely and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers
  • Providing exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing computer skills for accurate data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information to ensure seamless communication with carriers and healthcare providers
  • Collaborating with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients and resolving any issues that may arise

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
