Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Director to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and success. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and success

• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Design and implement data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to meet business objectives
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform business decisions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and success
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to meet business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or MBA in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos)
• Certified as a Salesforce administrator or engineer
• Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring less senior colleagues
• Experience planning and executing financial models to support complex business initiatives
• Experience communicating with senior-level leadership both within and to client organizations
• Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve successful project outcomes and objectives)
• Experience with frameworks such as Cure and GIS
