Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with customers face-to-face and over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Processing cargo shipments, including checking in and checking out cargo, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including cargo manifests and shipment tracking information
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient cargo handling
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful as a Cargo Agent, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Consistently prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license
• Possess basic digital literacy
• Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT). You can prepare for the PAT by watching this video
• Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel, subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
