[Remote] Analyst, Advertising

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Outshine is a team of digital marketers that drive revenue growth for the world’s most exciting B2B SaaS companies. As an Advertising Analyst, you will execute, optimize, and report on paid digital advertising programs to help clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns
• Report on performance by digging into the data
• Research new tactics
• Support other initiatives to help our clients reach their goals
• Set up new campaigns flawlessly
• Develop ideas for in-platform optimizations
• Write creative and error-free ad copy
• Reformat a deck to match brand standards

Skills

• 1+ year(s) relevant experience in paid digital advertising or media buying/planning, specifically across paid social and search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Digital/marketing certifications under your belt, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc
• Proficient working in the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides) and can effectively create, format and proofread shared client deliverables
• Above-average organization, communication, and time management skills
• Detail-Oriented: Hyper-focused on the details and their impact on the bigger picture
• Optimistic & Collaborative: You maintain a positive outlook in challenging times, and working on a team to solve tough problems motivates you
• Proactive: You prioritize forward momentum on projects and in your own development
