Portfolio Operations Analyst
Allspring Global Investments is seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst responsible for processing and mitigating risk related to Corporate Actions. The role involves gathering critical information, updating client accounts, and providing feedback to improve processes while ensuring timely decision-making and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Gathers time critical information, communicates internally to reach decisions on each action and accurately prepares corporate action instructions for delivery to custodians within tight timeframes
- Updates client accounts in internal systems for corporate action transactions
- Identifies and escalates potential voluntary corporate action related risk issues that may result in financial losses if not acted upon timely
- Provides feedback and recommendations to continuously improve processes and mitigate risk
- Completes special projects

- Experience with BBH Infomediary, Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), Bloomberg and Microsoft Office suite of products
