Retirement Savings Plan Analyst – NWPS
Raymond James is a leading investment adviser and full-service broker-dealer, and they are seeking a Retirement Savings Plan Analyst to support daily operations for clients’ retirement plans. The role involves managing cash flow, monitoring transactions, and ensuring accurate benefit payments while working closely with Senior Consultants and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage retirement plan cash flow
- Monitor and analyze daily transactions and data collection
- Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy
- Review and execute trades as part of a nightly trading team, working non-standard hours one to three nights a week
- Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries professionally and courteously
- Discuss retirement plan features with clients and their employees
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical major, or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial services
- Manage retirement plan cash flow
- Monitor and analyze daily transactions and data collection
- Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy
- Review and execute trades as part of a nightly trading team, working non-standard hours one to three nights a week
- Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries professionally and courteously
- Discuss retirement plan features with clients and their employees
- Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Strong critical thinking

- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Office and established databases
- Team player who can also be an independent contributor
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills sufficient to recognize and detect errors and offer resolution
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of associates and clients
