Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, creating meaningful connections with each customer. Every interaction is an opportunity to introduce the latest technology, services, and offers, helping our customers stay connected to what matters most. You'll handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades, using creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer service calls, resolving issues and providing personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services

  • Use various tools and resources to update customer accounts and maintain records, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services, stepping in to resolve issues when necessary
  • Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.54 - $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met

Requirements

* Call center or customer service experience

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with occasional overtime required
  • Verified internet service and an established dedicated work area, with equipment provided by arenaflex
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work From Home Requirements

* Secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet service

  • Established dedicated work area, with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
  • Compliance with arenaflex's Work From Home standards, including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements
  • Participation in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, and video chats
