Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live online chats, email, and other digital channels. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to Customer Inquiries: Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

• Building Relationships: Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs, promoting client products and services, and consistently achieving established standards of the position.
• Providing Administrative Support: Offering administrative support to the customer service team, including tasks such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as needed.
