Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
• Resolving customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding, utilizing problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring that customers receive seamless and effective support.
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Utilizing arenaflex's chat software and technology to provide efficient and effective support, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic knowledge of computer software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

• Experience with chat software and technology
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

Available Shifts and Compensation
