Job Description

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will provide accurate information and support to customers, resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and work collaboratively with your team to achieve our customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills

  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
